Ad Foundry is a creative operations tool for advertising teams: it helps media buyers prepare ad creatives, draft copy, run quality checks, and create ads (always in a paused state) in their own Meta ad accounts.
When you connect a Meta Business account, we receive and store: your Facebook name and user id; the ad accounts, Pages, and product catalogs you authorize; ad performance metrics (spend, impressions, clicks, conversions) for the ad account you pin; and ad creative metadata (names, copy, thumbnails). Access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256-GCM. We do not collect data about people who see or interact with your ads.
Solely to operate the product for you: showing performance, drafting ad copy, running creative quality checks, and creating the paused ads you explicitly approve and push. Creative images and ad copy may be processed by AI providers (Anthropic; Google when image generation is enabled) to provide drafting features. We do not sell data, use it for advertising of our own, or share it with any other third parties.
Connection data is kept only while a brand remains connected. Disconnecting a brand inside the app (Brand setup → Disconnect, or deleting the brand) immediately deletes its stored tokens and connection data. See our data deletion instructions. You can also revoke Ad Foundry’s access at any time from your Facebook settings (Settings → Business integrations).
